Example of Training Management and Coordination
At the request of the Confederation of Farmers of Portugal (CAP) with the aim of promoting the improvement of pedagogical practices through the creation of innovative technical and pedagogical resources, adapted to the target audiences and the specific needs of the current context of training, I developed a Project for the development of Didactic Resources in the area of Education/Training.

The development of new pedagogical supports that are well structured and adapted to the specificity of each target audience to which each one of them is intended, is essential for the success of learning. It is increasingly necessary to introduce innovative factors that promote interest in vocational training, that make it more attractive, interesting and that arouse the curiosity of both the trainees and the trainers themselves, the main authors of training.
During any training process, the existence of instruments designed specifically for the development of a training action is undoubtedly very enriching at the moment and also for future moments.
Regarding this specific area of Education/Training teaching, as it is an area in full development, it was intended to build some more instruments that contribute positively to the success of training.

Thus, this project consists of 10 didactic materials:

- Product No. 1: Technical Manual – Management Trainer/Training Coordination
- Product No. 2: Technical Manual – Management Training/Training Coordination
- Product No. 3: Computer Application – Training Management/Coordination Tools and Exercises
- Product No. 4: Technical Manual – Language and Communication Trainer
- Product No. 5: Technical Manual – Language and Communication Trainee
- Product No. 6: Computer Application – Language and Communication
- Product No. 7: Technical Manual – Mathematics Trainer for Life
- Product No. 8: Technical Manual – Mathematics for Life Learner
- Product No. 9: Computer Application – Mathematics for Life
- Product No. 10: Technical Manual – Differentiation Strategy Training
- Pedagogical and Competence Assessment.
There is great complementarity between the 3 computer applications and the respective manuals (trainee/trainer) developed for the three training areas addressed: Training Management/Coordination; Language and Communication; Mathematics for Life.

The TRAINER'S TECHNICAL MANUAL and the TRAINEE'S TECHNICAL MANUAL of TRAINING MANAGEMENT/COORDINATION, are a theoretical and practical response to the need for trainers and trainees to have a work element that enables them to have a more enriching and unified training.

The Technical Manual for the Trainer arose from the realization of the lack of resources in the area of Training Management, addressed in an integrated way and based on competencies and indicators. This manual consists of 2 modules, each of them containing a plan, in which the thematic contents are defined, a suggestive description of the learning interventions with the respective time distribution.

It also contains 2 Case Studies that allow you to evaluate and test knowledge in an integrated way and based on situations close to reality, as well as an exercise based on the Profile of the Training Manager / Coordinator, defined by the IEFP, calling for the application of the various methodologies present in the Annex to the Manual.
As a complement and in conjunction with this manual, the following have been developed: A CD-ROM that allows a different approach to the contents of the manual through the schematic presentation of the Integrated Training Management System based on Competences. The CD-ROM is based on a battery of random tests consisting of 10 questions, in which trainees can assess the knowledge acquired.
A TRAINEE'S TECHNICAL MANUAL, which will serve as an accompaniment to the training actions or modules that fall within this area. And yet another Trainee's Manual in the area – Pedagogical Differentiation Strategies and Competence Assessment, which is aimed at trainees of the Initial Pedagogical Training of Trainers and Recycling Courses.

CAP considers that the results of this project are tools at the service of the development of skills of its users and thus wishes to contribute to the increase of the quality of training.
Once the framework is done, it is noted that for the due purposes the Technical Manual of the Trainer remains:
