Working at Mário Pereira Vítor Consultores is a Herculean challenge, as it leads me to have to look at and understand training as an integrated resource management system, because being a training consultant involves performing tasks such as:

    - Analysis and knowledge of legal diplomas of the training

    - Analysis and knowledge of training modalities and their specificities

    - Analysis and knowledge of DEGERT's guidelines

    - Analysis and knowledge of budgetary issues

    - Prepare project applications

    - Meet application deadlines and other specifics

    - Handle refunds

    - Prepare and provide training

​       It has been an opportunity to get to know a panoply of people, situations and realities that have helped me to realize that learning is constant, daily, occurs in all contexts, in different ways (formal, informal, online, face to face,...) and to be sure that change, uncertainty and instability are the most stable traits of life and facing this as the new norm is the way to follow if I want to,  As I am, to be happy in what I do.
