Example of Competency-based Integrated Training Management System

 

       Throughout my professional career I have had the pleasure of being involved in challenges that make possible a versatility of knowledge and skills, in the field of training, from the diagnosis of training needs, to the design of an entire training system based on competences, as well as the development of methodologies, to the implementation of it with the involvement of an entire team,  ending with the evaluation of the training in its 4 levels.

        This arose, at first, with the contact of the company F. ROLIN S.A. linked to the wood sector and its transformation and the objective of obtaining accreditation in training, at the time INOFOR, which was granted.

​

     I leave, in this tab, the entire process and methodologies, with copyright reserved and proof that it was carried out by me, being in the context of the trainer's competence reference a reflection of the presence of all CUs from 1 to 6.
